Our mission
Churches get 1 to 2 touch points a week with the youth and culture is discipling them 24/7
Today’s teens are more connected digitally than ever — yet many churches struggle to maintain meaningful discipleship engagement between weekly gatherings.
Youth pastors face:
Limited time with students
Digital distraction competing for attention
Inconsistent spiritual engagement during the week
Difficulty translating teaching into daily practice
Crowdr was created to bridge that gap.
Crowdr is a youth engagement platform designed to help churches disciple teens consistently between gatherings through structured, faith-centered digital engagement and coaching.
Extend discipleship beyond Sunday or youth night
Provide structured weekly engagement for students
Encourage reflection, discussion, and faith application
Strengthen connection between students and leaders
Support parents in ongoing spiritual formation
Crowdr is not a replacement for youth ministry.
It is a tool churches use to deepen discipleship and engagement within their existing ministry structure.
Built for this generation.
Gen Z learns relationally and interactively.
Formation requires ongoing engagement.
Faith grows through participation, not consumption.
Each month churches receive:
Weekly guided engagement prompts
Leadership development challenges
Faith-based reflection experiences
Moderated digital community interaction
Ongoing discipleship touchpoints
This transforms discipleship from an event → a rhythm.
We are dedicated to serving, supporting, and guiding the next generation of teens from all walks of life. Our youth life coaching community is more than just a space—it’s a mission to uplift and empower teenagers and young adults to make choices that honor God and fulfill their true purpose. From providing spiritual guidance to helping them set and achieve meaningful goals, we’re working to shape a generation that leads with faith, courage, and compassion. Here’s how we do it:
WE INVEST IN YOUTH
Through coaching, mentorship, and access to life-changing resources, we invest in the personal, spiritual, and emotional growth of teens around the world. Our free community is designed to meet teens where they are and help them thrive. We’re committed to providing a supportive, Christ-centered environment where teenagers can find belonging and purpose.
WE ENCOURAGE CONNECTION
Our platform connects teens with mentors, coaches, and peers who genuinely care about their journey. We foster authentic relationships that offer support, accountability, and encouragement, creating a safe space where teens can open up and grow in their faith. We leverage the fact that in a community you will always have someone ahead of you and behind you. This allows strong bonds to be made through peer to peer mentoring.
WE EMPOWER POTENTIAL
Through live coaching sessions, goal-setting tools, and spiritual mentorship, we’re helping young people develop life skills that will serve them in the future. Whether it’s building confidence, developing leadership, or overcoming challenges, we encourage teens to pursue their God-given potential and boldly step into the purpose He has for them.
WE ADVOCATE FOR CHANGE
We champion the idea that today’s youth can be tomorrow’s change-makers. We equip them to live out their faith in a world that desperately needs light. By nurturing their spiritual walk and practical skills, we prepare them to influence their schools, families, and communities for Christ.
Imagine a world of teens regardless of their background that are standing on a firm foundation and can enjoy the highest possible quality of life. One free from anxiety, fear and depression. This is the vision that drives the Crowdr Community and with your help, we can make fostering teens to move towards discovering and using their distinctive gifts a reality!
Go ahead and get excited because Your donation WILL help our youth turn weaknesses into strengths and help them go from inaction to IN ACTION! Our hearts our personally touched by your generosity to help us continue to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our youth who otherwise wouldn’t have access to these opportunities.
